Throughout my adult life, I’ve tried so many different diets and lifestyles. I’ve stressed myself out trying to be perfect and be like people I saw online, who were living completely different lives than I was.
It wasn’t until I dropped all the “rules” and “shoulds” and started really listening to my body and what felt good to me, that I started to feel freedom within my body and also became the healthiest version of myself.
The big change for me came from when I started paying attention to how my body felt after certain workouts, meals, downtime, etc. Learning that I don’t love high intensity workouts and that warmer foods work better with my digestion than cold foods.
